Heavy Goods delivered on pallets are subject to a pallet surcharge of £35 per pallet. These products are clearly marked at item level.

Delivery Charges to the Republic of Ireland

There is a special delivery charge of € 15 per order.
Large, heavy items (eg. Showcases) will have a pallet surcharge of € 50 per pallet.

Overseas Delivery

Because of the varied nature of the goods we stock, it is not possible to give a shipping charge on-line. We will however, call you within 2 working days, with a no obligation quote for shipping. Should this prove to be too expensive we will cancel the order for you, and you will owe nothing.

Deliveries within the EU can take up to 10 days depending on what delivery service you choose. Non EU deliveries will have an expected delivery time quoted when the full export charges are confirmed.

Minimum Order

The minimum value for a web order with free delivery* is £85.00 before VAT. Orders less than £35.00 before VAT will be accepted but are subject to a surcharge of £7.95 for carriage.

To return goods, please ring our Customer Service Department first on Freefone 0800 45 11 22. It's advisable to obtain a receipt from your carrier or Post Office. We can arrange collection, at your request, at a cost of £6.50 + VAT per parcel for England and Wales. Please ring for a quotation for Scotland, Northern Ireland and offshore islands.
