Is it safe to buy on this site?
YES. The Morplan site is protected by Symantec, keeping your personal information (including payment details) safe.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept payments using Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. We DO NOT store credit or debit card details on our system, so you’ll need your card each time you order.

Alternatively, you can apply for a Morplan Credit Account and pay by cheque or BACS. Your account details ARE stored on our system, making it the fastest way to pay.

Can I open a Morplan Credit Account?
We are happy to extend interest-free credit (subject to status). Invoices must be paid in full by the 30th of the following month. There’s a simple application form to complete – Click Here – or, for more information, you can speak to one of our Accounts Team on 0330 44 55 666.

How do I know if you have stock?
When you make your selection you will be advised immediately if we don’t have enough stock to meet your requirements. You will then be able to choose from the following options:

- send the stock available with the rest to follow (at no extra charge)

- send just the stock available

- select an alternative product

On the rare occasion that a product becomes permanently unavailable before your order is fulfilled, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.

Can I save my order?
Once you are signed in, anything you add to your Shopping Cart will remain there until you either complete your order or delete it – even if you sign out. You can view the contents of your cart at any time by clicking on the Shopping Cart button at the top of the page.
How does the "Wish List" work?
For items you order regularly or for items you want to remember for another time, you can create a "Wish List". Once you are signed in, add codes to your list by clicking on the Add to "Wish List" button. Each time you return to the site and sign in, you can revisit your list to add your favourites to your Shopping Cart quickly and easily. These items will remain on your "Wish List" until you choose to delete them.
What is "Fast Order Entry"?
If you know the codes of the items you want, you can use the link at the top of the screen to take you to the "Fast Order Entry" screen. This will allow you to quickly enter product codes and quantities in the boxes provided without having to navigate the website – perfect if you are ordering from one of our printed catalogues or from paperwork from a previous purchase.

Calling us will also give you the opportunity to ask any questions you might have about our products, services and charges. To save on any delivery charges, our stores will be happy to prepare your order for collection.
