Ordering Print-to-Order products

How to calculate the cost

Ordering is easy - simply fax or post full details of what you need - our prices are fixed (see the product links) so you've no need to worry about hidden additional charges. Larger quantities or special designs may need a special quotation and we'll be happy to produce one for you, please do not hesitate to ask. Once pricing is agreed, we'll send you a written order confirmation within days so that you can check we have interpreted your instructions correctly. New designs can be typeset from our wide range of fonts and simple graphics can usually be included (see the artwork section for details). We accept electronic artwork on disk if compatible (again, see the artwork section). We usually produce the artwork needed to print your job totally free of charge. We will ask you to sign a proof before proceeding. Delivery for mainland UK is free and our production time can be as little as 10 days, although it does vary from item to item. One of our team will be allocated to your order to answer your questions and to ensure that it goes through smoothly.

Printing plates will be needed for each new design you order and you'll be charged for one plate for each colour. You only pay this charge once as repeats use the same plate again. Sometimes plates can be used to print other products, please ask and we'll be happy to check this for you. Set up charges cover the cost of 'inking up' your printing plate and settling it in on our machines. This charge is made every time you place an order, regardless of quantity, so it might be worth planning ahead and buying enough for future needs. The more you order the cheaper the product becomes. Cost per box/pack/roll includes the cost of printing as well as the basic cost of supplying the product itself. Unless we state otherwise, this charge is for overprinting in one colour on one side of the product only. Fixed price guarantee applies to all the standard lines we can overprint and we publish our prices up front. Most prices shown are per pack and exclude VAT.
