At Morplan we do everything we can to ensure you receive the high level of service our customers expect. However, should you need further help or information, our Customer Services Team is on hand to:

If you haven't found the answer to your question on our help page, or you are experiencing any problems with your products, order or website please call the number below. We have a team of trained staff who can answer your questions, no matter how big or small they are. They are also more than willing to answer questions related to any Morplan product, or any other service we provide.

We're available Monday through to Friday between 9.00am and 5pm.

If you would like to return goods, contact customer services directly. It's advisable to obtain a receipt from your carrier or Post Office. We can arrange collection, at your request, at a cost of £6.00 + VAT per parcel for England and Wales. Please ring for a quotation for Scotland, Northern Ireland and offshore islands.

Our business is geared up to give you total satisfaction but very occasionally we, like others, can fall short of this standard. We aim to resolve your query by return but when this is not possible we will keep you regularly updated on our progress.


You can take advantage of Morplan's FREE sample service whenever you like. Just call our Marketing Services Department on 0330 44 55 666 to discuss your requirements. We're happy to supply samples of Carrier Bags, Tissue Paper, Hangers and other low cost items. We can also provide material samples for colour matching on larger items, e.g. Slatwall.

Once you have received your samples we'll call you to see what you think.

Our Marketing Services Department is open from 9:000am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

We have 100% confidence in our products and we want you to feel that way too! That's why we offer you a No Quibble, 14 Day Trial Period*.

If you don't like what you've bought, whatever the reason, simply send it back complete, undamaged and in its original packaging within 14 days and we'll give you a 100% refund of the goods value.(Offer applies to UK mainland only)

The 14 days starts from the day our carrier delivers. Goods arriving back after 14 days may incur a handling charge of 15% of the goods value.

There are certain products where the 14 day trial period does NOT apply and these are clearly marked on the relevant pages.

Mannequin & Display Bust Returns Policy

We're sorry - our No Quibble 14 Day Guarantee only extends to one mannequin per order. We can only accept returns of more than one mannequin/bust if the additional boxes are unopened.

Exceptions to our No Quibble 14 Day Returns Policy

Some of our products are difficult to transport safely; others cannot be re-packed once opened or built, and a few are sent to you direct by our suppliers. Regretfully, in these instances, we are unable to accept returns under our No Quibble 14 Day Returns Policy. These products include:
