If you have not found the answer to your question on our help page, or you are experiencing problems using this site please call the number below.To return goods, please ring our Customer Service Department first on 0330 44 55 666. It's advisable to obtain a receipt from your carrier or Post Office. We can arrange collection, at your request, at a cost of £6.00 + VAT per parcel for England and Wales. Please ring for a quotation for Scotland, Northern Ireland and offshore islands.We have a team of trained staff who can answer your questions, no matter how big or small they are. They are also more than willing to answer questions related to any Morplan product, or any other service we provide.

Returns & Refunds
If you don't like what you've bought, whatever the reason, simply send it back complete, undamaged and in its original packaging within 14 days and we'll give you a 100% refund of the goods value.(Offer applies to UK mainland only)
The 14 days starts from the day our carrier delivers. Goods arriving back after 14 days may incur a handling charge of 15% of the goods value.
There are certain products where the 14 day trial period does NOT apply and these are clearly marked on the relevant pages.

Mannequin & Display Bust Returns Policy
We're sorry - our No Quibble 14 Day Guarantee only extends to one mannequin per order. We can only accept returns of more than one mannequin/bust if the additional boxes are unopened.
Exceptions to our No Quibble 14 Day Returns Policy
Some of our products are difficult to transport safely; others cannot be re-packed once opened or built, and a few are sent to you direct by our suppliers. Regretfully, in these instances, we are unable to accept returns under our No Quibble 14 Day Returns Policy. These products include:
