How do I extend the life of my K9 clothes steamer...?
I would always recommend using Rydlyme Descaling Agent to ensure that there is no limescale build up. This is the most common cause of damage to a clothes steamer and can dramatically shorten the steamers life.
Never overfill your steamer, this will cause spitting of hot water on to your fabric.
Make sure that the head of the clothes steamer is smooth and clean, the last thing you want it to snag an item or cause the steamer to puddle.
Look after the power cord. Untie any knots and straighten out any kinks as both can damage the cable over time.
