How did you come to work with Morplan?
I was aware of Morplan being a supplier of a large range of retail related products because the previous owner of Daisy Daisy had recommended Morplan to me and used them regularly. I subscribed to Morplan’s emails and catalogues and also visited our nearest store in Bristol where I met Kim who was very helpful.
What problem or issue were you looking to solve?
My plan for Daisy Daisy was to carry out a full refurbishment of the tired, congested shop space. I wanted to update all of our fixtures and fittings, improve the layout and flow of the shop as well as focus on storage and stock display. The most important aspect of the project was to keep the shop’s unique charm by carefully selecting the right items to suit our intended ‘look’.
How did we help you achieve this?
Kim from the Bristol store was very patient as it took several months for us to find a builder to make some alterations to the shop. Kim came out and took all measurements and we chatted about my requirements and ideas to improve Daisy Daisy. Kim then put together a plan and I went through the Morplan brochure and visited the store again to select my new fixtures and fittings etc. Kim had a great knowledge of the Morplan ranges so we worked together to tweak the design and she was always mindful of our time frame, budget and my specifications.
Is there something about working with us that stood out to you?
I will definitely recommend and use Morplan again for my retail needs, both big and small. It was great to be supported as a small independent business and have our needs understood, thank you.
