Brian was kind enough to answer some questions about how Menkind began working with us and what the process has been liked for him and his team:

How did you come to work with Morplan?

I believe we were already purchasing small consumable items from you when we saw the team at a design/ display in London. We liked the wide range of “off the shelf” “bespoke style” products stocked that we could use across our portfolio of stores.

What problem or issue were you looking to solve?

We were generally looking for ideas on how to freshen up our stores and display items in different ways.

How did we help you achieve this?

It was a while after the show when we were looking to launch a new brand that we visited your showroom in Birmingham. Clare also travelled up from Essex to meet us. Since then, we have been back at least twice more and also visited your showrooms in London.

Is there something about working with us that stood out to you?

The most important thing for us was that we could see the products in the flesh, not just select from a catalogue or website. It enabled us to easily decide what was likely to work for us, and what would not. Clare has always been able to offer us some good prices on the items we have purchased.

Anything else you’d like to add about your project with us?

Everyone at Morplan has been extremely helpful, and in the showrooms very knowledgeable about the product range, which has really helped. We have had a few quality and delivery issues with one project, but these were dealt with promptly and efficiently.
