Is it safe to buy on this site?

Yes

The Morplan site is protected by Symantec, keeping your personal information (including payment details) safe.

How can I pay for my order?

Credit Card, Debit Card, Paypal and Cheque / BACS (via Morplan Credit Account)

We accept payments using Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. We DO NOT store credit or debit card details on our system, so you'll need your card each time you order.

Alternatively, you can apply for a Morplan Credit Account and pay by cheque or BACS (Please quote your Morplan order number as your payment reference on all payments to ensure your payment can be allocated to your order quickly.). Your account details ARE stored on our system, making it the fastest way to pay.

How do I know if you have stock?

Find your items, the quantity and add them to your basket

When you make your selection you will be advised immediately if we don't have enough stock to meet your requirements. You will then be able to choose from the following options:

- send the stock available with the rest to follow (at no extra charge)

- Change your order to match the stock available

- select an alternative product

On the rare occasion that a product becomes permanently unavailable before your order is fulfilled, we will contact you to discuss the alternatives.

Can I save my order?

Create an account or sign in and then shop away

Once you are signed in, anything you add to your Shopping Cart will remain there until you either complete your order or delete it - even if you sign out. You can view the contents of your cart any time by clicking on the Shopping Cart button at the top of the page.

How does the 'Wish List' work?

Sign in or create an account and click the 'heart'

For items your order regularly or for items you want to remember for another time, you can create a 'Wish List'. Once you are signed in, add codes to your list by clicking on the Add to 'Wish List' button. Each time you return to the site and sign in, you can revisit your list to add your favourites to your Shopping Cart quickly and easily. These items will remain on your "Wish List" until you choose to delete them

What is 'Fast Order Entry'?

Ordering via the catalogue...simply enter the codes and buy now

If you know the codes of the items you want, you can use the link at the top of the screen to take you to the 'Fast Order Entry' screen. This will allow you to quickly enter product codes and the quantities in the boxes provided without having to navigate the website - perfect if you are ordering from one of our printed catalogues or paperwork from a previous purchase.

Calling us will also give you the opportunity to ask any questions you might have about our products, services and charges. To save on any delivery charges, our stores will be happy to prepare your order for collection

Live Chat is a fast way for you to speak to a member of our team without having to wait for a reply to emails or be on the phone for long. You will see a live chat window pop up in the left hand corner of your screen on whatever page you are on, to start the chat simply click on the pop up and start chatting to our team.

How do I return goods?

Contact our Customer Services Team to return your goods

To return goods, please ring our Customer Service Department first on 0330 44 55 666. It is advisable to obtain a receipt from your carrier or Post Office. We can arrange collection, at your request, at a cost of £5.00 + VAT per parcel for England and Wales. Please ring for a quotation for Scotland, Northen Ireland and offshore islands. A majority of our products are covered by our 14 day no quibble, they must be returned undamaged and in their original packagine. There are some exceptions to these products which can be found in our returns and refund section and on the relevant pages of the product.
