We know that sometimes you really need to see something before you buy. Nothing compares to talking face-to-face with someone who has the knowledge and expertise to solve your retail problems. And we know that sometimes you want to just jump in the car, grab the stuff you need and get back to work.
Our stores allow you to enjoy all those benefits and more. There's no minimum order when you buy from a store. You can pay with cash, card, or an account. You'll also find a wider range of seasonal decor and if you're really tied up (and local), they can arrange same day delivery for you.
Our friendly team of staff are on-hand Monday through to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, ever ready to help you revamp and restock your shop, showroom or business.
With extensive experience in the retail industry, we are happy to help with your enquiries and orders and are also open late on a Tuesday night to assist those of you who aren't able to make the 'normal' 9 to 5 working hours.

Call and Collect
Need something in a hurry? Call your nearest store to place an order and they'll get it ready for you to collect at the time of your choice. Anything not in stock can usually be brought in from our head office the next working day - or we can arrange for it to be delivered straight to you.
Late Night Tuesday
Our stores are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm (9:30am on Wednesdays) and we understand that that's when you'll be trading too so we stay open until 7:30pm on Tuesday evenings giving you the opportunity to visit without leaving your business short-handed.

Don’t risk disappointment. Our store stock is shown on our website. If you’re visiting to look at something specific, check its availability first. If it’s not there then our staff will be happy to arrange for it to be available the next working day.
Each of our regional stores now feature showrooms, bringing collections from our range into different store settings. Be inspired when you see exactly how our fittings and furniture could fit into you store.
Our Head Office is located in Harlow, Essex and has been our home for 30 years. Featuring a large warehouse to stock our vast range of products, plus printworks for custom printing carrier bags and tickets. It is the main base of our operations and where our sales team, customer services, accounts and other departments are based.
