Please note: Orders placed before 4pm will be dispatched from our warehouse the same day and delivered the next working day when selecting a Next Working Day Delivery option at checkout.

To ensure that larger or delicate items are delivered to you safely and in one piece, they are required to be palletised and delivered to kerb-side only. This will be mentioned on all products which require our "Heavy Goods" service. Orders which contain products of this nature are subject to a one-off delivery charge of £65 and are not available on Next Working Day Delivery services. All prices exclude VAT. Back to Back items which require our specialist delivery service are excluded from the 5 working day delivery service as these items require extra care and attention - includes items such as mannequins, mirrors and lockers. Ideal for short and mid-term use in exhibitions, events, pop-up shops, shows and window displays, hiring a product from Morplan Ltd offers the best of both worlds – stunning displays and no long term commitment. 

Our normal delivery times are AM Monday – Friday (we are closed at weekends). However, we can arrange delivery and collection outside of these hours provided we have adequate notice. This may incur an additional charge on top of the normal delivery fee - please call us on 0330 44 55 666.

Mannequins: When hiring a mannequin we are only able to deliver to the ground floor reception or front entrance of the delivery address. If location is above the ground floor then please ensure there is help available to move the mannequins. Collection again would be made from the ground floor reception or front entrance. Delivery charges cover up to 10 mannequins but we can cater for larger quantities - in this instance please call on 0330 44 55 666.

All hire prices are exclusive of VAT. This service is available to UK Mainland Only.

All hired products are excluded from our 14 Day No Quibble Guarantee. Your statutory rights are not affected. In the rare event of damage in transit or missing components please call Customer Services on 0330 44 55 666.

Please note that all products which are hired come with a refundable deposit of £50 and is added to the delivery charge at checkout. We will refund the deposit to the account used for payment once the products has passed all return checks - please see our Terms & Conditions.

Certain remote UK postcodes are excluded from our Next Business Day and Saturday delivery services. Please see details below:

If shipping outside of UK Mainland: Due to the new regulations regarding shipping and delivery outside of UK mainland to Northern Ireland and Channel Islands, we are required to capture additional data from yourself. This will allow your goods to be delivered through customs and on to you without issue. To guarantee this please provide your EORI / XI EORI number or call us now on 0330 44 55 666 Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm when shipping to an address outside of UK Mainland. 

Notice to EU customers: All Morplan deliveries to EU addresses are on a DAP (Delivered at Place) service. This requires the customer to be responsible for paying delivery charges, import taxes and duty charges, including the deferred carrier admin charge. The courier in charge of the delivery will contact the customer directly with the import taxes, duty charges and deferred carrier admin charge. All customers ordering outside of the UK will require an EORI number. Morplan will only be able to refund items once received and all charges are paid by the customer, please check out our terms and conditions for further information.

Due to an increase in freight costs we are no longer able to ship to International and European addresses. Please proceed with our collection service or call 0330 44 55 666 to arrange an alternative delivery / collection option.

Our standard delivery is estimated to be between 4 to 5 working days. All prices are shown ex vat.

Please Note: We can only deliver to a daytime address from Monday to Friday where someone can sign for the goods. Delivery Charges will be automatically applied when ordering online or by phone. If you are ordering by post or email, please make sure you add the appropriate delivery charge. Student delivery prices include VAT. Delivery is free when you spend over £60 before VAT is added.

We have 100% confidence in our products and we want you to feel that way too! That's why we offer you a No Quibble, 14 Day Trial Period. If you don't like what you've bought, whatever the reason, simply send it back complete, undamaged and in its original packaging within 14 days and we'll give you a full refund, less the costs of carriage. Please note this applies to UK mainland only.

Please Note: Though this applies to the vast majority of products, there are some exceptions. Please read the full product descriptions for exceptions.

Terms & Conditions:

• Price Match Promise applies to the products available online, in store and by telephone unless stimulated otherwise.
• The competitor's product and service must be strictly identical (e.g. colour, size, quality and quantity) and available in stock at the time of match.
• The competitor's price must be publicly advertised and cannot include special offers/membership/personal discounts.
• We cannot match bulk promotional offers and no other promotional offers or vouchers can be used on top of a price match.
• The competitor must be based in the UK with stock in the UK and sell direct to customers (no auction or marketplace retailers).
• We will not match against seconds, clearance or closing down sales.
• Price Match Promise claims must be emailed to [email protected] 7 days of purchase, providing our invoice number PLUS acceptable evidence such as a photocopy or screenshot of the published competitor's price.
• Price Match Promise excludes delivery charges. Morplan's standard charges will be applied if applicable.
• We reserve the right to refuse a price match where we suspect fraud or unauthorised reseller activity.

To return goods, please ring our Customer Service Department first on 0330 44 55 666. It is advisable to obtain a receipt from your carrier or Post Office. We can arrange collection, at your request, at a cost of £7.00 + VAT per parcel and £63.00 + VAT  per pallet for England and Wales. Please ring for a quotation for Scotland, Northern Ireland and offshore islands.

We're sorry - our No Quibble, 14 Day Guarantee only extends to one mannequin per order. We can only accept returns of more than one mannequin or bust if the additional boxes are unopened.

Some of our products are difficult to transport safely; others cannot be re-packed once opened or built, and a few are sent to you direct by our suppliers. Regretfully, in these instances, we are unable to accept returns under our No Quibble 14 Day Returns Policy. These products include: Mirrors, Gondolas, Steel Lockers, Bisley Filing Cabinets, Showcases & Counters, Tube-Rack Storage Unit, RF Security Pillar Unit, AMX 35 Modular Shelving System, and Vapour 25 Ironing System or Table.

In some instances an item which you are viewing or have within your basket will be highlighted as "Backorder" - this may cause concern but please do not worry! Backorder is a status we assign to certain items that are temporarily out of stock. This status is only assigned to a product (or products) which we will replenish and is not end of life or clearance.

For items which qualify as "backorder", we will provide you with a date in which we expect the stock to be delivered to our warehouse. Please note that this will be the date we aim to ship these items directly to you. Allow up to five working days for Standard delivery.
