Heavy Goods - UK Mainland Only

To ensure that larger or delicate items are delivered to you safely and in one piece, they are required to be palletised and delivered to kerb-side only. This will be mentioned on all products which require our "Heavy Goods" service. Orders which contain products of this nature are subject to a one-off delivery charge of £60 and are not available on Next Working Day Delivery services. All prices exclude VAT. If shipping outside of UK Mainland: Due to the new regulations regarding shipping and delivery outside of UK mainland we are required to capture additional data from yourself. To guarantee this please provide your EORI / XI EORI number or call us now on 0330 44 55 666 Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm when shipping to an address outside of UK Mainland.

Notice to EU customers: All Morplan deliveries to EU addresses are on a DAP (Delivered at Place) service. This requires the customer to be responsible for paying delivery charges, import taxes and duty charges, including the deferred carrier admin charge. The courier in charge of the delivery will contact the customer directly with the import taxes, duty charges and deferred carrier admin charge. Morplan will only be able to refund items once received and all charges are paid by the customer, please check out our terms and conditions for further information.

Please Note: We can only deliver to a daytime address from Monday to Friday where someone can sign for the goods. Delivery Charges will be automatically applied when ordering online or by phone. If you are ordering by post or email, please make sure you add the appropriate delivery charge. Student delivery prices include VAT. Delivery is free when you spend over £50 before VAT is added.

We have 100% confidence in our products and we want you to feel that way too! That's why we offer you a No Quibble, 14 Day Trial Period. If you don't like what you've bought, whatever the reason, simply send it back complete, undamaged and in its original packaging within 14 days and we'll give you a 100% refund of the goods value. Please note this applies to UK mainland only.

The 14 days start from the day our carrier delivers your items. Goods arriving back after 14 days may incur a handling charge of 15% of the goods' value. There are certain products where the 14 day trial period does NOT apply and these are clearly marked on the relevant pages.

Please Note: Though this applies to the vast majority of products, there are some exceptions. Please read the full product descriptions for exceptions.

Price Match Promise

Terms & Conditions:

  • Price Match Promise solely applies to the products featured in each monthly catalogue for the duration of that issue.
  • The competitor's product and service must be strictly identical (e.g. colour, size, quality) and available in stock at the time of match.
  • The competitor's price must be publicly advertised and cannot include special offers/membership/personal discounts.
  • We cannot match bulk promotional offers and no other promotional offers or vouchers can be used on top of a price match.
  • The competitor must be based in the UK and sell direct to customers (no auction or marketplace retailers).
  • We will not match against seconds, clearance, closing down sales or specialist retailers such as market stalls.
  • Price Match Promise claims must be emailed to customerservices@morplan.com within 7 days of purchase, providing our invoice number PLUS acceptable evidence such as a photocopy or screenshot of the published competitor's price.
  • Price Match Promise excludes delivery charges. Morplan's standard charges will be applied if applicable.

Returns

To return goods, please ring our Customer Service Department first on 0330 44 55 666. It is advisable to obtain a receipt from your carrier or Post Office. We can arrange collection, at your request, at a cost of £7.00 + VAT per parcel and £63.00 + VAT  per pallet for England and Wales. Please ring for a quotation for Scotland, Northern Ireland and offshore islands.

Mannequin & Display Bust Returns Policy

We're sorry - our No Quibble, 14 Day Guarantee only extends to one mannequin per order. We can only accept returns of more than one mannequin or bust if the additional boxes are unopened.

Exceptions to our No Quibble 14 Day Returns Policy

Some of our products are difficult to transport safely; others cannot be re-packed once opened or built, and a few are sent to you direct by our suppliers. Regretfully, in these instances, we are unable to accept returns under our No Quibble 14 Day Returns Policy. These products include: Mirrors, Gondolas, Steel Lockers, Bisley Filing Cabinets, Showcases & Counters, Tube-Rack Storage Unit, RF Security Pillar Unit, AMX 35 Modular Shelving System, and Vapour 25 Ironing System or Table.

Backorder

In some instances an item which you are viewing or have within your basket will be highlighted as "Backorder" - this may cause concern but please do not worry! Backorder is a status we assign to certain items that are temporarily out of stock. This status is only assigned to a product (or products) which we will replenish and is not end of life or clearance.

For items which qualify as "backorder", we will provide you with a date in which we expect the stock to be delivered to our warehouse. Please note that this will be the date we aim to ship these items directly to you. Allow up to five working days for Standard delivery.
