Ordering online with morplan.com has never been as straightforward as it is now. With a choice of payment methods, a secure connection (HTTPS), certified hosting (SSL) and encrypted payments (PCI), you can be rest assured that your money is safe with us.

We meticulously selected a robust eCommerce platform which allows us to use modern technology to protect ourselves and you, our valued customers. With a constant stream of security updates and a robust upgrade map, we are ensuring your details are safe and secure.

We have also partnered up with Barclaycard to offer a secure payment gateway to secure and encrypt your payment details.

Payment Methods

We offer various methods for paying online, via telesales and in store. Our current offering includes: Credit Card, Debit Card, Paypal and Cheque / BACS (via Morplan Credit Account).

Debit / Credit Card Payment

We accept payments using Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and Maestro.

We DO NOT automatically store credit or debit card details on our systems, however you do have the option to “Save your Card” for future orders online. In this instance, your details are encrypted and secured by our payment gateway - Barclaycard.

PayPal Payment

We accept payment via PayPal as a fast and safe way to make an online payment with a world renowned payment gateway.

Morplan Credit Payment

Apply for an interest free credit account and pay by cheque or BACS.

Thousands of our customers (both individuals and companies) choose to take advantage of a Morplan Credit Account - and avoid any interest charges.

You simply charge your purchase to the account and we will send you a summary invoice for your purchases every month. All you need to do is pay this by the 30th of the following month.

If you would like to apply for a Morplan interest free credit account simply fill out the credit application form.

Click, Call and Collect

We offer two types of collection to suit your requirements: Click & Collect and Call & Collect. These are perfect payment methods for those of you who are in a hurry and need your items urgently.

Click and Collect

Perfect for those who prefer to shop online but need products in a hurry, simply navigate to the items you require online. Then, click "Find your local store" to find out where we have stock, select your store, quantity and click "Continue to Click and Collect".

Your goods will be reserved at your chosen store for 2 working days.

Call and Collect

If you know what you want and would like to talk to a member of our team, this is the service for you. Call your local Morplan store directly, place your order for the items required and your chosen store will reserve your goods for 2 working days.

Fast Order Services

Sometimes you may already know what you are shopping for. In this instance, why not use our Fast Order Service? Simply enter the SKU and Quantity required and click "Add to Basket". All items will then be added directly to your shopping basket and will relay if any items are "out of stock" or on "backorder".

Stock Status

In the majority of cases we will retain a high stock level; this is communicated simply by allowing you to purchase an item. In some cases, an item may have an additional stock status which is explained in detail below. 

In Stock

We pride ourselves on our stock levels and in most cases our products are in stock and available to buy immediately. Simply find your items, select the quantity you want and add them to your basket.

Out of Stock

If an item is "Out of Stock", we will clearly label this on the website and you will not be able to add the item to your shopping basket. However, we will provide a link for you to subscribe to our Stock Alerts.

Backorder

In some instances, an item which you are viewing or have within your basket will be highlighted as "Backorder" - this may cause concern but please do not worry! Backorder is a status we assign to certain items that are temporarily out of stock. This status is only assigned to a product (or products) which we will replenish and is not end of life or clearance.

For items which qualify as "backorder" we will provide you with a date in which we expect the stock to be delivered to our warehouse. Please note this will be the date we aim to ship these items directly to you - allow up to 5 working days for Standard delivery.

We display this message as follows:

  • Item / Product page as "Available for Backorder"
  • Shopping Basket, underneath each qualifying item "1 item(s) have been placed on backorder and will be shipped XX/XX/XXXX"

Remember My Basket and Wishlist

If you're not quite ready to purchase your items, why not save your basket for later. We have two options for you online: 'Remember My Basket' and 'Wishlist'.

Remember My Basket

Once you are logged in to your account, any items you add to your shopping basket will be saved there until you complete your order. This can be accessed from any device when you log back into your account.

Wishlist

Save the items you like or are maybe interested in by clicking the "Heart" icon to add them to your personal wishlist. These items will be saved on your account for when you are ready to order. To use this feature, please log in to your account or register with us today.
