In the event where your steamer needs to be repaired due to a manufacturing defect we will collect, repair and return your steamer in like new condition. A member of our expert team, based at our head office in Essex, will carry out a fault assessment, order genuine replacement parts and carry out a fully insured repair.

We currently offer a 1 year extended warranty across our most popular clothes steamers - please see below. This extended warranty covers the following costs; parts, labour, collection and return to a single address. General wear and tear is not covered.

We are concious that not everyone has the need to own a clothes steamer which is why we have extended our product hire offering to Clothes Steamers. So whether you’re drowning in surplus garments, your steamer has broken down or you require one for an exhibition or event we’ve got your back!
