We care about our customers and with times being tough, we’re introducing a small way for us to give back to you!
How does Morplan’s Rewards Club work?
Earn 1 point for every pound you spend; each point is worth a penny and is available immediately after purchase to redeem as and when you would like. No need to sign up, simply create an account when you make a purchase and you will automatically receive points on your spending.

Start by logging in to your account, browse around and you'll start to see how much you can earn as you shop.
Earn points as you shop
Earn reward points as you shop, save them up for as long you like, or redeem them straight away.
Redeem your points online
You can redeem your points after your first order, choosing how many you want to use at the checkout.

As you shop around you'll see the rewards points on products and in your shopping basket.

FAQ's
Do I have to opt in/ sign up to the rewards club?
No, all customers are automatically able to start earning points. If you are an existing customer, simply log in to your existing customer account and you will see the points programme in action. If you are new to us, create an account in order to make an online purchase, this new account and first purchase will automatically begin earning points.
Where can I see the points a product is worth?
Check under the ‘add to my basket’ button on any product page, you should see this symbol: 
and the points you will expect to receive.
Where can I see how many points in total that my basket is worth?
When you are logged in, your total points from a purchase in progress are available to view in the bar at the top of the page.
Where can I view my total points?
Once you have logged in, select ‘my account’, select dashboard and finally, select ‘reward points’. There you will be able to see your total points, as well as your rewards history.
Can I use a discount code and my points?
No, you may only choose one option at checkout.
Do I have to spend all my points at once?
No! Spend as many as you would like.
· Once you have everything you need in your basket, proceed to the check out page.
· Enter your delivery address and then on the payments page scroll down until you see ‘Reward points’.
· Click the drop down and enter how many points you would like to use.
· Your cart will update to reflect the amount being subtracted from your total.
Do my points expire?
No.
Are points only available for use online?
Yes, currently, points can only be accrued or redeemed against purchases made on our website.
