Terms and Conditions for Product Hire

Delivery terms for Rentals

Our normal delivery times are Monday – Friday 7am – 1pm

Products are delivered to the ground floor reception or front entrance of the delivery address. Collection again would be made from the ground floor reception or front entrance.

Delivery Charges for rentals

Delivery is charged at £28 per order, this includes return shipping

Delivery is only available to mainland UK.

Collection is FREE from Morplan Ltd, Unit 1 Temple Bank, Harlow. CM20 2DY.

Prices are exclusive of VAT

 

1.1 Hire Duration

A normal hire period is Monday to Friday with a minimum of 3 days. If you require products over a weekend period, delivery would be on the Friday and collection on the following Monday by 1pm. Please Note – our offices are closed at weekends.

2. Delivery

2.1  Delivery will be made as close to the requested time as possible, subject to transport and traffic conditions.

2.2  The product items will be delivered to the ground floor reception or front entrance of the delivery address only.

3. Payment

Payment is due in advance of delivery and can be made by credit or debit card. Customers with credit facility would not require an upfront payment providing account is up to date and credit limit is sufficient to cover the full order value.

4. Security Deposit

A minimum of £50 security deposit will be charged for each hire. However, this may increase based on the value of all items hired in a single transaction. This will be refunded upon return and inspection of each item, provided the products are returned packaged as instructed in section (5) and in the condition in which they were delivered, a full refund of deposit will be given, any damage will be charged accordingly as per section (6)

5. Packaging of Products

Your hire product must be returned in the original packaging, any damage to products due to being incorrectly packaged will incur a charge as per section (6).

6. Damage (or loss) of mannequins and parts

6.1  Any damage (or loss) is the responsibility of the customer. This includes: –

  • marks that cannot be removed;
  • broken parts;
  • loss of parts or packaging
  • damage caused if not packaged correctly for transit/collection.

6.2 In case of damage or loss the following charges will be incurred (excluding VAT)

Mannequins

  • Glass base – £37.79
  • Calf spigot – £25.50
  • Foot spigot – £9.50
  • Star plate – £ 8.50
  • Broken arm – £65.00
  • Broken hand – £38.00
  • Re-spray – £120.00
  • Chips/damage to mannequin – £140.00 (renovation and re-spray)
  • Cost of replacing a whole mannequin
    • Headless £510.00
    • With Head £575.00

Steamers

  • Steamer replacement - £275.00

  • Pole Set - £16.35

  • Hose – £27.50

  • Broken on off switch – £2.78

  • Water Bottle - £7.50

  • Water Bottle Cap - £0.95

  • Damaged Mains Cable - £17.80

Display Busts

  • Full bust replacement - £98.00

  • Bust Cover - £18.99

  • Neck Cap - £14.91

Rails

  • Rail Replacement - £58.00

  • Castors - £5.91

Any other damage/loss (including packaging) will be costed upon notification.

All damages /losses will be deducted from security deposit, if charges incurred are higher than deposit paid and invoice will be issued for the balance and all charges will be subject to VAT at standard rate.
