Missing items? We are aware that some items may be missing from your order - these items are classed as "back order" goods. This means we are waiting for stock to arrive at our warehouse before we can ship it to you. As soon as we receive stock, your items will be sent to you within five business days.

To ensure that larger or delicate items are delivered to you safely and in one piece they are required to be palletised and delivered to kerb-side only. This will be mentioned on all products which required our "Heavy Goods" service. Orders which contain products of this nature are subject to a one-off delivery charge of £60. All prices exclude VAT. Back to back items which require our specialist delivery service are excluded from the 3 working day delivery service as these items require extra care and attention - includes items such as mannequins, mirrors and lockers.
Orders placed before 4pm will be dispatched from our warehouse the same day and delivered the next working day when selecting the Next Business Day Delivery option at checkout.
Highlands & Islands Exclusions
Certain postcodes are excluded from our Next Business Day and Saturday delivery services. Please see details below:
Please Note: For items which qualify as "Heavy Goods" there is a charge of £120 - £180 per pallet for deliveries to the Highlands and Islands and certain remote UK postcode areas. Delivery charges to be quoted per order.

Due to the varied nature of the goods we stock, it is not possible to give a shipping charge online. However, we will email you within 2 working days. with a no obligation quote for shipping. Should this prove to be too expensive, we will cancel the order for you and you will owe nothing. Deliveries within the EU can take up to 10 days depending on what delivery service you choose. Non EU deliveries will have an expected delivery time quoted when the full export charges are confirmed.
Student Delivery Charges
Our standard delivery is estimated to be between 4 to 5 working days. All prices are shown inc vat.
Please Note: We can only deliver to a daytime address from Monday to Friday where someone can sign for the goods. Delivery Charges will automatically be applied when ordering online or by phone. If you are ordering by post or email, please make sure you add the appropriate delivery charge. Student delivery prices Include VAT. Free delivery is when you spend over £50 before VAT is added.

To return goods, please ring our Customer Service Department first on 0330 44 55 666. It is advisable to obtain a receipt from your carrier or Post Office. Mannequin & Display Bust Returns Policy
We're sorry - our No Quibble 14 Day Guarantee only extends to one mannequin per order. We can only accept returns of more than one mannequin/bust if the additional boxes are unopened.
Exceptions to our No Quibble 14 Day Returns Policy
Some of our products are difficult to transport safely; others cannot be re-packed once opened or built, and a few are sent to you direct by our suppliers. Regretfully, in these instances, we are unable to accept returns under our No Quibble 14 Day Returns Policy. These products include: Mirrors, Gondolas, Steel Lockers, Bisley Filing Cabinets, Showcases & Counters, Tube-Rack Storage Unit, RF Security Pillar Unit, AMX 35 Modular Shelving System, and Vapour 25 Ironing System or Table.
In some instances an item which you are viewing or have within your basket will be highlighted as "Backorder", this may cause concern but please do not worry. Backorder is a status we assign to certain items that are temporarily out of stock. This status is only assigned to (either a product, or products) which we will replenish and is not end of life or clearance.
For items which qualify as "backorder" we will provide you with a date in which we expect the stock to be delivered to our warehouse. Please note that this will be the date we aim to ship these items directly to you.
