Alongside a network of trusted couriers, we offer various delivery options to suit the needs of each and every one of our valued customers. The page below will break down these options in detail and also relay any exclusions, how to manage returns and in the unlikely event, request refunds.

Delivery Issues

Due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic and global repercussions relating to Brexit, we are sorry to announce that we are experiencing issues delivering items within our expected times.

We are working tirelessly with our suppliers, couriers and warehouse infrastructure team to resolve and address this matter.

Missing items? We are aware that some items may be missing from your order - these items are classed as "backorder" goods. This means we are waiting for stock to arrive at our warehouse before we can ship it to you. This would have been confirmed at the time of purchase, but we sincerely apologise for this as our stock levels are usually unrivaled. As soon as we receive stock, your items will be sent to you within five business days.

As always, we value your feedback and custom. Thank you for your understanding and please accept our apologies again for any inconvenience caused.

Heavy Goods - UK Mainland Only

To ensure that larger or delicate items are delivered to you safely and in one piece, they are required to be palletised and delivered to kerb-side only. This will be mentioned on all products which require our "Heavy Goods" service. Orders which contain products of this nature are subject to a one-off delivery charge of £60 and are not available on Next Day Delivery services. All prices exclude VAT. For areas outside of Mainland UK please contact our sales team for a quote on 0330 44 55 666. 

Back to Back Goods - UK Mainland Only 

Back to Back items which require our specialist delivery service are excluded from the 5 working day delivery service as these items require extra care and attention - includes items such as mannequins, mirrors and lockers. For areas outside of Mainland UK please contact our sales team for a quote on 0330 44 55 666. 

Please note: Orders placed before 4pm will be dispatched from our warehouse the same day and delivered the next working day when selecting a Next Business Day Delivery option at checkout.
